退款政策

We want every Yeahbox order to feel clear and low-risk. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or in like-new condition, with its original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Contact us at wuyaobin269@gmail.com with your order number, email address, product name, and the reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the approved return address. Please do not send items back before your return request is approved.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos or video. For approved defective, wrong, or damaged item returns, Yeahbox will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-quality returns

For returns that are not caused by a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and payment processing fees may not be refundable where applicable.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final-sale items, and products that have been misused, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without original accessories may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days after return inspection, depending on your bank or payment provider.
