Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or when an order requires additional verification.

Shipping destinations
Available shipping options are shown at checkout for each eligible destination. If a destination is not available at checkout, we may not currently support delivery to that location.

Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates are calculated for the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Where an estimate is available, it is shown before the order is placed. After shipment, use carrier tracking for the latest estimated arrival. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change due to customs, carrier operations, weather, peak periods, or remote-area service.

Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing the order. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible at wuyaobin269@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been shipped.

Duties and taxes
Duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees may be shown at checkout where applicable. If they are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for charges required by the destination country or carrier.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost, arrives damaged, or shows an incorrect delivery status, contact us at wuyaobin269@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will review the case with the carrier and provide the next steps.
