Eligible orders can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be returned with the main product, included accessories, and proof of purchase.

If the item is defective, wrong, or damaged on arrival, Yeahbox covers approved return shipping after support reviews the order and evidence.

For returns that are not caused by a product defect, wrong item, or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds are issued 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment provider processing time can add extra days.
